From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Ross worked as a corporate executive recruiter and received his Professional Employment Certification (P.E.C.) during a 2-year, 6-month period at General Employment Enterprises
During this period, he worked at a leading search firm in Oakland, CA, he was the Engineering & Technical Division Manager, directing national and international searches for VP of Engineering, P.h.D. Scientists, Engineering Directors, Program Managers, Project Engineers, and Technicians. Fields of specialty included telecommunications, IT, biomedical / biotech, and automated equipment manufacturing.
In 2003, Mr. Ross established a small consultancy, Basic Employment Success Training, LLC, (B.E.S.T.), to provide staff development training, technical assistance for community-based organizations and government agencies, and business development services for small to medium-sized businesses. In 2019, the consultancy reorganized as OK Training Program, LLC, and is currently being branded as Workforce Solution Pros, LLC.
In 2004, Mack Ross co-founded the San Francisco CityBuild Training Program, a nationally recognized employment and training program for low-income and underserved youth and adults. The program was officially launched in 2005 by former Mayor Gavin Newsom. CityBuild is now part of the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
Before consulting, Mack worked for six years as a Job Developer and Job Readiness Trainer, and seven years in Executive Search as an Engineering and Technical Recruiter.
Throughout his 30+ year career, Mr. Ross has contributed to developing thousands of employment and training opportunities for youth and adults, over $50 million in grant funding, and over $200 million in contracting opportunities for small businesses, especially MBEs, WBEs, and LBEs.
Jesse Williams facilitates employment training workshops with job seekers for construction and non-construction jobs. He also monitors public and private job sites for compliance with Local, State, and Federal workforce hiring goals and regulations. Jesse liaisons between the Employment Development Departments, American Job Centers, community colleges, and other stakeholders.
Before joining the Workforce Solution Pros team, Mr. Williams worked at the California Employment Development Department as the Coordinator for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (National Asian Pacific Center on Aging, Sacramento, California), performing outreach, screening, job referrals, and job placement and job retention services for program clients.
Yohan Rodrigo is a senior marketing professional with strategic marketing/brand development experience and direct marketing experience.
He currently oversees business development activities by establishing relationships with Local, State, and Federal workforce development agencies, American Job Centers, private and non-profit employment and training programs, and academic programs.
Also manages Workforce Solution Pros, LLC online marketing and training programs, including website design and performance, social media integration, database management, marketing strategies and execution, and revenue generation.
Prior to joining WSPs, Mr. Rodrigo was the Business Development Manager for Liggett Vector Brands. He also worked as an Analyst for the United States Department Veterans Affairs.
Albert Wilson Jr. served 20 years in the US Air Force as a Ground-to-Air Communications Specialist and retired as a Chief Master Sargent which is the highest rank in the military for a non-commissioned officer.
He has decades of workforce development and business development experience gained from starting and managing several successful businesses and training hundreds of youths and adults for a variety of construction and non-construction jobs.
Mr. Wilson founded “Al & Associates Property Management Services” (AAPMS) to provide building maintenance services and property management services in the public and private sectors.
AAPMS employed workers with a range of skill sets, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, janitors, and carpenters, as well as salespersons, bookkeepers, etc.
The company grew to over 800 employees, generated millions of dollars in annual revenue, and provided services to the US Federal Aviation Administration in Los Angeles and Palmdale, California and with the US Air Force at Norton Air Force Base and with the US Navy at Point Magu.
Mr. Wilson also designed and built the Rancho Arroyo Sports Complex in Sacramento, CA. Located on 20 acres, the facility was 150,000 square feet and was the largest facility of its kind on the West Coast, employing over 200 workers. It housed an Olympic size indoor swimming pool, 15 outdoor tennis courts and 8 indoor tennis courts, 10 racquetball courts, a basketball court, and an indoor jogging track. The facility also offered four large banquet rooms and a restaurant.
