Mack Ross, P.E.C. Managing Partner
Throughout his 30+ year career, Mr. Ross has raised over $50 million in grant funding for non-profit organizations and over $200 million in contracting opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses.
Project experience included the $2 billion University of California – Mission Bay development in San Francisco, where he participated as a Community Benefits Negotiation Team member, Contract Compliance Officer, and Workforce Development Coordinator.
Other projects included the $800 million San Francisco Light Rail Project, the $357 million San Francisco Giants baseball park, and the $35 million Mercy Housing Development in San Francisco, CA.
As the Engineering & Technical Division Manager at a leading executive search firm in Oakland, CA, Mr. Ross directed national and international searches for VP of Engineering, Ph.D. Scientists, Engineering Directors, Program Managers, Project Engineers, and Technicians. Fields of specialty included telecommunications, IT, biomedical / biotech, and automated equipment manufacturing.
Yohan Rodrigo, MBA Business Development Director
Yohan Rodrigo is a senior marketing professional with strategic marketing/brand development experience and direct marketing experience.
He currently oversees business development activities by establishing relationships with Local, State, and Federal workforce development agencies, American Job Centers, private and non-profit employment and training programs, and academic programs.
Also manages Workforce Solution Pros, LLC online marketing and training programs, including website design and performance, social media integration, database management, marketing strategies and execution, and revenue generation.
Prior to joining WSPs, Mr. Rodrigo was the Business Development Manager for Liggett Vector Brands. He also worked as an Analyst for the United States Department Veterans Affairs.
Al Wilson Jr. Senior Partner
Mr. Wilson founded “Al & Associates Property Management Services, Incorporated” to provide property management services to the United States Government and private sector companies.
His firm grew to over 800 employees, generated millions of dollars in annual revenue, and provided services to the US Federal Aviation Administration in Los Angeles and Palmdale, California, the US Air Force at Norton Air Force Base, the US Navy at Point Magu, and other military and government facilities in Northern California.
Mr. Wilson served 20 years in the US Air Force as a Ground-to-Air Communications Specialist and retired as a Chief Master Sargent which is the highest rank in the military for a non-commissioned officer. He held a "Top Secret" security clearance during and after his military service.
He has decades of business development and workforce development experience gained from starting and managing several successful businesses and training hundreds of youths and adults for a variety of construction and non-construction jobs.
Mr. Wilson also designed and built the Rancho Arroyo Sports Complex in Sacramento, CA. Located on 20 acres, the facility was 150,000 square feet and was the largest facility of its kind on the West Coast, employing over 200 workers.

Hettiarachchige A. Rodrigo worked in various capacities from 2003-201. Assignments included Director of Operations, Sales and Marketing. Royal Packaging and Accessories International (R-PAC), New York, USA. Garments Identification product Supplier (Soft / Hardline) developed products and services, brands worked with, Calvin Klein, Cold Water Creek, Van Heusen, Faded Glory, Tommy Hilfiger.
Mr. Rodrigo successfully accomplished marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
1993- 2003 Acotex Far East LTD, Hong Kong. Director, International Business Development. Garments Identification product Supplier (Soft / Hardline). Worked with leading retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Disney. Countries worked with and promoted businesses, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Dubai. Worked as the country manager, overseeing all the operational activities.
1983-1992 Kalamazoo Business System Ltd. UK. Regional Business System Specialist. Countries worked for Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Promoted business systems and managed systems to the government and private sector. Managed and developed relationships with foreign dignitaries and government officials.
Jesse Williams Project Coordinator
Jesse Williams facilitates employment training workshops with job seekers for construction and non-construction jobs. He also monitors public and private job sites for compliance with Local, State, and Federal workforce hiring goals and regulations. Jesse liaisons between the Employment Development Departments, American Job Centers, community colleges, and other stakeholders.
Before joining the Workforce Solution Pros team, Mr. Williams worked at the California Employment Development Department as the Coordinator for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (National Asian Pacific Center on Aging, Sacramento, California), performing outreach, screening, job referrals, and job placement and job retention services for program clients.
