Mack Ross, P.E.C. Managing Partner
Mr. Ross co-founded the nationally recognized San Francisco CityBuild Training Program with Dr. Laura Luster, PhD. CityBuild is a component of the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development. He has been selected as a presenter at several annual conferences for the California Workforce Association.
Mr. Ross has over 30 years of experience in a broad range of workforce-related projects and business development programs. Project experience included the $2 billion University of California – Mission Bay development in San Francisco, where he participated as a Community Benefits Negotiation Team member, Contract Compliance Officer, and Workforce Development Coordinator.
Other projects included the $800 million San Francisco Light Rail Project, the $357 million San Francisco Giants baseball park, and the $35 million Mercy Housing Development in San Francisco, CA.
As the Engineering & Technical Division Manager at a leading executive search firm in Oakland, CA, Mr. Ross directed national and international searches for VP of Engineering, Ph.D. Scientists, Engineering Directors, Program Managers, Project Engineers, and Technicians. Fields of specialty included telecommunications, IT, biomedical / biotech, and automated equipment manufacturing.
Yohan Rodrigo, MBA Business Development Director
Yohan Rodrigo is a senior marketing professional with strategic marketing/brand development experience and direct marketing experience.
He currently oversees business development activities by establishing relationships with Local, State, and Federal workforce development agencies, American Job Centers, private and non-profit employment and training programs, and academic programs.
Also manages Workforce Solution Pros, LLC online marketing and training programs, including website design and performance, social media integration, database management, marketing strategies and execution, and revenue generation.
Prior to joining WSPs, Mr. Rodrigo was the Business Development Manager for Liggett Vector Brands. He also worked as an Analyst for the United States Department Veterans Affairs.
JESSE WILLIAMS, PROJECT COORDINATOR / SR. TRAINER
Mr. Williams coordinates activities on workforce projects and monitors public and private job sites for compliance with Local, State, and Federal workforce hiring goals and regulations.
He also facilitates employment training workshops with job seekers for construction and non-construction jobs, and liaisons between the Employment Development Departments, American Job Centers, community colleges, and other stakeholders.
Prior to joining the Workforce Solution Pros team, Jesse worked at the California Employment Development Department as the Coordinator for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (National Asian Pacific Center on Aging, Sacramento, California).
He also conducted outreach, screening, job referrals, and job placement and job retention services for program clients.
